? Vehicle image recording function
The system captures images of each vehicle passing through the detection coil, with a photo of 1660 × one thousand and twenty-four × 24 bit resolution, up to 1.4 million pixels (industrial grade high-definition network camera, gigabit Ethernet port, 1.4 million pixels, 2 million pixels, and 4 million pixels, can clearly see the situation in someone else's cab day and night), each photo can clearly recognize the license plate and see the real situation in the cab. In captured images, the system can overlay the basic information of the detected vehicle, such as date, time, location, direction, license plate number, vehicle speed, vehicle type (suspected, speeding, normal), etc., on the image for manual discrimination and post evidence collection. Due to the large amount of information in the photos, they can clearly show the situation of other drivers and co pilot cabins, providing important evidence for solving public security cases.
? Vehicle capture function
The system can capture vehicles passing through the monitored road section, and the captured image quality is clear and distinguishable when the vehicle speed is within the range of 5km/h-200km/h. When the speed of the motor vehicle is 5-140KM/H, the capture rate is above 99%. We strongly recommend using ground induction coils as the vehicle detection method.
? Vehicle reverse detection function
The system can detect the presence of retrograde vehicles and capture vehicle images, or alert the center.
? Vehicle license plate recognition function
The system can automatically process license plate close-up images and recognize vehicle license plate information. The types of license plates recognized include: all license plates except for motorcycle license plates and temporary license plates according to GA36 regulations, 2002 type motor vehicle license plates, armed police vehicle license plates, and military vehicle license plates.
? Vehicle model and color recognition function
The system can distinguish between large and small vehicles. Able to recognize conventional car license plate colors such as yellow, black, white, and blue plates.
? Vehicle speed measurement function
The system can measure the driving speed of the vehicle, and the speed measurement error should be within ± 5%.
? Networking control function
Networking control is an important function of the security checkpoint system. A database used to store suspected vehicle information such as theft, robbery, and accidents, located in the checkpoint host, public security traffic police detachment, and headquarters command center database. Maintain and manage the suspect database uniformly within the command center, and maintain consistency between the front-end suspect vehicle database and the center. When the vehicle license plate information recognized by the checkpoint system meets the inspection and control conditions, the system can provide on-site and central alarms.
The types of deployment include: overspeed alarm, deployment inspection vehicle alarm. This system provides a data editing entry point for blacklists (suspect lists) and can set the accuracy of blacklist comparison.
? Information upload and download function
The vehicle information data detected by the system is first saved in the local database, and then uploaded sequentially based on network conditions. The system is capable of automatic and manual timing. All intersection times shall be based on the time of the backend server.
? Data storage function
The system can store at least 1.2 million vehicles. Automatic loop coverage exceeding the capacity of the hard drive.
? Traffic flow statistics function
The system can calculate traffic parameters as needed, such as traffic flow, vehicle types, average speed, and headway by lane, time period, etc., and store them in a separate database as the data basis for traffic status detection and traffic statistical analysis.
? Suspected and illegal vehicle interception function
The system can be specifically configured with checkpoint interception stations to intercept and punish suspected and illegal vehicles. Real time comparison is conducted between the local capture information database and the security suspect vehicle database on the checkpoint host. If the identified license plate information matches the information in the suspect vehicle database, an alarm is sent to the interception station. At the same time, matching photos and records are sent to the interception station to intercept and process the suspect vehicle on site. This function can effectively crack down on illegal traffic vehicles in other places and achieve on-site punishment.
The system is divided into emergency control and conventional control functions. In emergency deployment situations, the system does not compare with conventional deployment. Emergency deployment must be manually removed, while conventional deployment can be automatically withdrawn.
? Vehicle information query function
The system can record the passage time, license plate number, vehicle model, vehicle category, vehicle image, etc. in the database. The front-end system provides an interface for querying and accessing data. This system provides backend management and query software based on a WEB interface.
? Video recording function
The system is capable of real-time recording of vehicles traveling on the highway through a hard disk recorder, combined with cameras to capture speeding vehicles in more detailed and accurate monitoring, effectively reducing missed shots.
? Automatic fault detection and self-healing function
This system adopts embedded XP operating system and solid-state electronic disk technology. The system software is fixed in the electronic disk and is not afraid of frequent power outages at intersections. The system includes both internal and external watchdog devices, which can automatically detect the working status of major devices. If the system crashes due to an accident, the watchdog will take effect, automatically rebooting the system and entering a working state.
